MEDITATION
Meditation is a great tool in treating the
disease of addition and its usefulness for an unprecedented amount of people in
recovery cannot be denied. Meditation and mindfulness should be practiced as a
part of an individual’s plan of recovery in order to help free the mind of some
of the bondage of addiction. When meditation is practiced regularly, the
